With over 25 years of international experience, Geraldine has held senior management and commercial leadership roles in high-growth and start-up technology companies across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia, and Asia. She specialises in scaling SaaS technology businesses, building high-performance cultures, establishing effective processes, and maintaining key customer relationships. Geraldine has closed deals ranging from £50,000 to over $30 million and has managed business units generating over $100 million in annual revenue.
Her expertise spans marketing and selling complex, high-value SaaS solutions, including Supply Chain, Logistics, CRM, ERP, Corporate Performance/Analytics, and Operational Technology, often engaging with C-suite and global decision-makers. Geraldine has led transformational projects in go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and international supply chain initiatives and has successfully navigated acquisitions, integrations, and trade sales, including private equity-backed exits.
She has also coached hundreds of small businesses in Ireland, providing guidance on governance, growth strategies, marketing, and sales. Most recently, Geraldine served in commercial leadership roles at e2open, a leading NYSE-listed supply chain technology company. Her roles included VP Sales in Europe, Global VP Sales for the Industrial Business Unit, General Manager of the Tech Infrastructure Business Unit, and International Business Sector leader for EMEA and APAC. During her tenure, e2open's revenues grew from $201 million in 2019 to $655 million in 2023, with AI and machine learning central to their solutions.
Geraldine holds a BSc Joint Honours in Business Administration, Computers, and Statistics from Queen's University Belfast, an MBA from Warwick University, and is a Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland.
