We’re incredibly honored to introduce the inaugural recipients of this prestigious award. These eight exceptional professionals were selected from a remarkable pool of 320,000 providers across North America based on their impact on guest experience and business revenue.

Maxwell has been with Van Michael and in the industry for 14 years. She loves her clients and takes pride in making them feel good about themselves. She believes in being a billboard for the brand, using her passion for fashion and beauty as a way to express that commitment.

Alisha Shuweb, It’s A Secret Med Spa

Alisha is a nurse injector, born and raised in Dallas, Texas, with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. She began her journey at It’s a Secret Med Spa in 2018 as a receptionist while attending nursing school. After graduating, she became an injector with the company and soon decided to pursue higher education to provide the best care for her clients. In 2023, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She attributes her growth to her dedication to excellence and her genuine love for what she does, believing that when you love your job, you never work a day in your life.

Billy Craig, Modern Male Barbershop

Brandon, since he started cutting hair about 8 years ago, has gone by the name "Billy." For him, cutting hair is secondary to the connections and friendships he has built over the years. He currently cuts hair in Quakertown, the town where he grew up, and he finds it amazing to see his hometown grow alongside him.

Phanna Nop, Snip-its

Phanna has been a hairdresser for close to 40 years and is proud to share that she has worked at Snip-its for 27 years, during which she has completed over 10,000 haircuts. Her favorite thing about working at Snip-its is bringing smiles to families' faces when they come in for a haircut.

Shireen Bukhari, European Wax Center

Shireen has been working with European Wax Center for 10 years and deeply values the respect and love shown by her customers, which have helped her reach this point.
