This Code of Conduct covers expected attendee behavior at Innergize to help promote community, inclusivity, and a rich environment for learning and networking. Zenoti created this event with the goal of expanding growth opportunities for all attendees. We believe an explicit code of conduct helps align this goal with our core values of excellence at what we do, and mutual respect among employees, customers and other key stakeholders.
We value the participation of each member of the Zenoti community and want all attendees to have an enjoyable, rewarding experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees, speakers, and staff throughout the Innergize event.
To make clear what is expected, all participants, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers, and volunteers at Innergize are required to conform to this Code of Conduct. Zenoti will enforce this Code of Conduct throughout Innergize and reserves all rights to remove, without the option of a refund or other compensation, anyone who violates the Code of Conduct. Zenoti employees who violate the Code of Conduct are subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
Zenoti is committed to providing a well-organized, respectful, collaborative, harassment-free experience for everyone in attendance, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of in any form, including:
All communication at and concerning Innergize should be appropriate for a professional audience that includes people of different cultures and backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate at any part of Innergize, including presentations, Innergize at MoPOP, or social media postings by attendees concerning events at Innergize.
Be respectful and polite to others. Do not insult, condescend, or otherwise demean speakers or other attendees. Behave professionally as you would in your place of employment. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, ableist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for Innergize.
Attendees violating these rules will be asked to leave the event without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. Zenoti employees who violate these rules will be subject to disciplinary action.
You may report any harassing behavior during or after Innergize by sending an email to icc@zenoti.com. Zenoti values your attendance and wants to ensure that every attendee is empowered to report any harassment or other offensive conduct they experience or observe at Innergize.

Harassment includes offensive verbal and written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Innergize staff may issue warnings and participants may be asked to leave without the option for a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers.
Be careful in the words that you choose. Sexist, racist, ableist, and other exclusionary jokes can be offensive to those around you. Excessive swearing and offensive jokes are not appropriate for Innergize.

Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons at these locations.
If a participant engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Zenoti may take any action it deems appropriate.
If you are being harassed or experience harassment, observe that someone else is being harassed, or have any other safety concerns during Innergize, please contact the Hyatt security staff or a Zenoti employee. They can either directly help or contact the right person who can.
Innergize organizers will be happy to help participants who are experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. Additionally, you may report any harassing behavior during or after Innergize by sending an email to icc@zenoti.com. Zenoti values your attendance and we want to ensure that every attendee is empowered to report any harassment or other offensive conduct they experience or observe at Innergize.
