As chief experience officer for Hand & Stone, Cindy Meiskin is responsible for the brand experience through franchisee training, consumer research and feedback platforms, brand compliance, and other consumer experience functions. Cindy joined Hand & Stone in 2012 as director of training and was most recently the vice president of brand experience. Training has been integral to Cindy's core responsibilities throughout her 35+ year career, and she values the role of technology in continuing to improve the learner’s experience.
