After joining the Gene Juarez team in 2020, Katie Trent worked with the leadership team to create operational and financial efficiencies, identify opportunities to evolve the company culture, and scale the brand in the Pacific Northwest.
Before that, Katie spent eight years helping transform Rudy’s Barbershop from a local staple in the community to a bi-coastal brand with 25 locations in five states. As part of the Rudy's leadership team during this period of growth, Katie served as the Director of Operations and then CEO.
