Lynn Heublein, Co-founder and CEO of SkinSpirit, drew on her extensive background in technology to pioneer a new, innovation-driven approach to aesthetics that has largely attributed to the brand’s success today. Lynn received her Bachelor of Science in Engineering at University of Washington and a master’s in Business Administration from Stanford University that catapulted her career in tech during the dot-com boom. After working for two software and gaming companies, Lynn went on to pursue her first entrepreneurial venture within the online gaming market. She drew on her extensive experience from positions at Fortune 500 companies and her own tech startup to acquire the business knowledge and operational expertise needed to effectively launch and grow SkinSpirit to what it is today.

In 2002, magic struck when Lynn met Dr. Dean Vistnes, as a patient at the time, and learned about his vision to build a new business centered around non-invasive treatments. Lynn saw the opportunity within the aesthetics space, before the category had been established, to build a brand with the medical expertise and backing from experts like Dr. Vistnes with the elevated, luxury experience she would expect as a client herself. With these high standards, Lynn and Dr. Vistnes opened the flagship SkinSpirit clinic in Palo Alto that has now expanded to 50+ clinics nationwide. Lynn’s unique background in the tech space shaped her strong leadership skills today, arming her with an appetite for innovation, a sharp business acumen, and an understanding of the importance of company culture and empowering each member of her staff. This valuable perspective has profoundly influenced SkinSpirit's ongoing commitment to attracting and retaining top-tier talent and encouraging an innovation-first mentality that has propelled the brand’s national expansion while ensuring the highest levels of care and safety for clients at every step.
