Experienced in the beauty, wellness, and hospitality industries, Namrata Gupta has served as the chief operating officer at Face Haus since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the managing director at 101 things LLC, a business brand development consultancy, covering assignments in the F+B and beauty and wellness sectors.  

Namrata's previous roles include new business development consultant at Carol's Daughter and COO at The Grooming Company, Investbridge Capital. Earlier in their career, Namrata served as the director of global spa development at bliss spa, Steiner Leisure Ltd.; Starwood Hotels + Resorts Worldwide; and LVMH. Namrata also worked as a project manager at Anthropologie, Pompei AD, and holds a master’s in architecture and design from Tulane University.
