No stranger to enterprise software leadership, Neal Singh heads up product management, engineering, international subsidiaries, IT, infosec, and cloud for Zenoti. As the company’s president and COO, he is responsible for the entire customer ecosystem, which includes account executives, revenue, professional services, and customer success.   

As COO at Icertis, he drove their rapid growth to unicorn status, building a leading AI enterprise CLM SaaS company recognized by Gartner, Forbes Cloud 100, and the Financial Times.  

Earlier, Neal was the CEO at Caradigm, a GE Healthcare company and joint venture between Microsoft and GE. Before that, Neal was at Microsoft for over a decade, and as a member of the business leadership team helped build the Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise ERP (now Dynamics 365) product portfolio. In his role as a partner general manager of global development, he led a global group overseeing business strategy and the product team for multiple ERP solutions.
