Nicholas Marco is a graduate of Penn State University and his journey with Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchise began before the company opened its first location back in November of 2004. His father, John Marco, is the founder of Hand & Stone. At just fourteen years old, Nicholas named the company. Today, he is one of the largest franchisees in the system with eleven locations in New Jersey and one location in Ohio. He is also the Regional Developer of Ohio where there are twenty-four locations open with a development goal of thirty-five locations.
Furthermore, Nicholas is now a franchisee of both Drybar and Sweat440. His portfolio generated just shy of $28MM in revenue in 2023. As the leader of an organization with over 500 employees, Nicholas has a passion for team building and leadership development, especially with Franchisees and Managers. His passion for the health and wellness industry comes from his experience working as a Registered Nurse in the ICU. Helping others understand their potential and motivating them to reach goals they never imagined they could achieve is what he seeks to uncover in all his relationships.
