In her current role as director of strategic integration at VIO Med Spa, Nicole works with the executive team to design and deploy strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals. She leverages her proficiency in tools like Asana, Zenoti, and Excel to streamline processes, optimize operational efficiency, and monitor key performance indicators. She also oversees the development and delivery of training programs for staff and franchisees, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
