Prior to serving as senior director of spa technology for Hand & Stone – a role Ryan Martin has held since June 2023 – he was the director of café technology at Tropical Smoothie Café and spent 14 years at Zaxby’s Franchising LLC, including five years as director of restaurant IT systems.  

Ryan also held various IT roles at Horizon Software International and has extensive experience in IT operations, systems implementation, and technology management across the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
