From the early days as a firefighter and gym owner, Troy Rinehardt’s passion for service and entrepreneurship have been a driving force.  

Growing up in the heart of the Midwest, Troy learned the value of hard work. This small-town mentality is at the core of Men’s Hair Co., starting with a simple idea to elevate the grooming experience for men. Troy admits to seeing things “a little bit differently” - as a bald guy.
