Before joining the Foxy Box team, Beth Alden owned and operated her own private fitness studio, helping hundreds of people become the healthiest version of themselves.

Beth started her business career working with a franchisee in the telecommunications industry. She turned one location into 36 locations and helped make them the most successful and profitable franchise in Western Canada. Beth's expertise and drive earned her business of the year in the Oceanside area.

Coupled with her strong leadership skills, Beth’s commitment to excellence makes her a trusted advisor and mentor with the franchisees. She guides them toward success through strategic planning and operational excellence.
