Prior to Townhouse, Jonathan spent 16 years in the private equity industry (The Carlyle Group, GI Partners and others), leading more than $6 billion of transactions across multi-site consumer facing businesses.  

Jonathan is a passionate advocate for advancing opportunities and celebrating the true artistry of the amazing people that work in the nail salon industry - a sector that is often overlooked and known for poor labour practices. Prior to co-founding Townhouse, Jonathan qualified as a certified nail technician.
