Manda Mason and Lauren Vesler are two Ohio-born sisters who grew up in a family-owned business and always knew one day they wanted to start one of their own. In 2015, they opened The W Nail Bar, a natural nail salon that has scaled to 14 locations in three cities across Ohio and Indiana.

Lauren Vesler has made a notable impact on the health and wellness industry beginning at the age of 19 when she began managing Lululemon Athletica. From there, Lauren rose into many different roles leading multi-market teams in addition to being responsible for external community relationships at Lululemon. She drove many firsts within Lululemon Athletica. Examples include holding the first-ever yoga class on the Ohio State football field with over 1,500 people in attendance and leading a team to create an experience for 10,000 people attending Wanderlust in Lake Tahoe. Lauren’s passion for developing teams, innovating products, and building community is threaded throughout The W today.
