An accomplished entrepreneur and franchisor, Shane Evans is best known as the co-founder of Massage Heights, a premier membership-based massage and skincare company. She has cultivated a culture of elevated wellness that touches the lives of people, members, and communities.

Shane developed the retail model for Massage Heights and guided its growth into a privately held family business with 115+ operating units across the United States and Canada.

She has also served on various boards, both within and outside the franchising industry, and is a board member of the International Franchise Association (IFA). Her involvement includes participation in several IFA committees and advocacy as a franchisor member of FranPac. Furthermore, Shane is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, where she served as San Antonio Chapter Chair from 2019 to 2020.

Remaining dedicated to exploring the latest health and wellness trends, Shane maintains a consistent self-care routine that includes at least one massage per week, even today.
