The innovative and award-winning Susan Haise changed the beauty industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by starting the city’s first day spa in 1993. Susan also opened her line of local Neroli Salon & Spa locations in 1993 and, shortly after, two beauty institutes in 1994 – The Institute of Beauty and Wellness and Aveda Institute Madison.

Today Edgeless Beauty Group is the holding company for multiple additional brands in the cosmetic industry, including The Institute of Beauty and Wellness, Aveda Institute Madison, Neroli Salon & Spa, Skn Bar Rx, Lash Addict, Urban Ayurveda, and Edgeless Beauty Pro.

Driving Susan is her commitment to the guest experience, caring for her team, and ongoing education. A seasoned educator with a technical license in hairdressing and a CIDESCO diploma in aesthetics, Susan brings an important business perspective to the needs of the guest and her team.
